JHGDC climbing rail car is generally divided into: track, climbing rail car, brake system, station room (upper station room and lower station room) communication equipment and safety circuit, signs and safety signs, safety overhaul channel, etc.
Track: The track foundation of climbing rail car is fixed foundation, as shown in Figure 1. The track is double track, specially processed by rectangular tube, steel plate, etc., and fixed on the foundation through welding of U-shaped support plate, column and embedded parts. Communication equipment and safety circuit: there is usually an independent special telephone or radio intercom between the station room, line safety guide equipped with radio intercom. Stations, mechanical equipment and all metal components are generally grounded.
Signs and signs: eye-catching signs shall be set up at the entrance, indicating the passengers' notice, and English instructions shall also be provided where there are foreign tourists. Emergency brake buttons with eye-catching symbols shall be marked at the rail cars and platforms, and the height of all signs shall be basically level with the line of sight of passengers. Safety maintenance channel: The maintenance channel is set on one side of the track, and the stainless steel wire rope safety net is set on the other side, as shown in Figure 3, to ensure that tourists can evacuate along the maintenance channel in an orderly manner in case of emergency stop;
